This is an interactive workshop combining yoga, qigong, nutrition and natural
remedies to both support your immune system, hoping to prevent colds/flu and
other seasonal invaders, and strategies for reducing it’s impact, if you do contract
You will go home armed with information and some simple practices to help you
minimize your odds of getting sick, ease your symptoms and hasten your
recovery…all year round. All this, while enjoying the company of other yogis and
health conscious warriors!
