This is an interactive workshop focusing on yoga, qigong, nutrition and natural remedies that will guide you as you mindfully work toward health, longevity and vitality; combining benefits from the foods you eat, the supplements you take, and the yoga postures you practice.
For those who attended Seasonal Survival last year, there will be a short review of some of that information.
You will go home with new knowledge, renewed intention and some simple practices to help you transform your daily living with choices and tools that will enhance your goals for a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being. Handouts included.
