Megan Ford

Megan was introduced to yoga at her gym in a class taught by an instructor of Forest Yoga (a style of yoga known for its physical intensity.) She found that the strenuous classes allowed for deep relaxation during savasana and the resulting muscle soreness helped keep her grounded in her body throughout the week. Since those initial classes many years ago she has explored various styles of yoga and found that slower classes that encourage gentle movements and interoception are her favorites. With a background in physical therapy, massage therapy and mindful movement Megan strives to help people feel more at ease in their bodies by cultivating strength, stability and inner body awareness.
